grape juice







Grapes grow in our yard, and were finally juiced this weekend. The result is a sweet, green liquid that -when well strained- makes a lovely sipping juice and a perfect addition to apple pie and crisp filling. I bought the OMAC food mill for 30 $ at Quincaillerie Dante. It's a workhorse -ideal for making juice, tomato sauce, applesauce, etc.
