An incredible one. Maybe the best I've had, with white fish, pink fish and bivalves.

Don't eat too much. Of all sea creatures, shellfish absorb the highest amounts of heavy metals. A little arsenic on the side... no thanks. Tuna is also off the menu, it should never be eaten – the FDA recently tested 300 random samples of raw tuna at fish markets in California, Colorado, and New York. All of them were contaminated with mercury.
