fish chowder
A recipe from Massachusetts (specifically).
Key points: whole baby fingerling potatoe, large slices of vidalia onion and giant chunks of fresh cod. Garnish with thin croutons, a pat of butter and a freshly ground black pepper.
(if you can get oat milk, use a combination of 1/2 oat and 1/2 organic cow's milk. the flavour is really nice).
